Yes, we provide you with safety gear! 

• You can bring your own as well if you are more comfortable with it! 
• Due to hygiene and inclusivity purposes we do not offer coveralls 
• Safety Shields + Goggles + Gloves are provided 

Please dress in THICK FULL COVERAGE clothing...

• We recommend thicker clothing,  jeans, sweatshirts, hoodies coveralls etc 
• No t-shirts, tank tops, shorts , dresses etc. 
• No visible skin is allowed due to glass bounce back + Insurance purposes 

Full coverage shoes required: 

• Running shoes, boots, closed toed shoes. 
• NO CROCS, stilettos, or FLIP FLOPS!!!

• Sessions range from 15-60 minutes 

• Absolutely!! 
• We offer a BYOS ( bring your own smashable) option at Smash*it
• There is a $5-$10/item recycling fee for any electronics 

You can bring: 

• Plates, cups, glasses, beer bottles,, wine bottles, jars, picture frames, ceramics, ornaments, old candle jars, mason jars etc 
• Anything that will fit in a 5 gallon bucket or small rubbermaid tote  ! 

we do NOT accept the following items:

• items that contain toxic chemicals such as lead and mercury.
• Objects that have elements that are toxic to the environment if incorrectly disposed of, such as old model tube TVs /microwaves etc 
• Items that contain flammable liquid or gas, such as aerosol cans and propane tanks.
• Ammunition or explosives of any kind
• Due to Hygiene purposes  we do NOT accept toilets 

• We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all rage sessions. 
• We require a 72-hour notice of cancellation for all party packages. 

• Yes, we offer group discounts for groups of 8 or more people.

• Due to the nature of the rage room, we are unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 8. 
• Ages 8-17 require parents signature on waiver before session.

• People who are under the influence of drugs / alcohol 
• Pregnant women 
• People who have uncontrollable depression/anger issues that may harm themselves or others while conducting a rage session
